To set a date and time for a mediation or a mediation-arbitration with David Johnson please use the calendar below. Go to the month in which you wish to set a date, click on the date and then click on the time you wish to book. Half days and full days are available. If you wish to leave a short message about the case or any special requests please use the message box. Mr. Johnson’s fees are billed at $250 per hour. A half day is $1000 and a full day is $2000. There may be additional fees charged for any prep time to review information before the mediation/arbitration and for any time to draft agreements or an arbitration award after the mediation/arbitration.
